This website
This static website has no account, contact form, payment form or first-party analytics script. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process connection data such as IP address and request information to serve and protect the site. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Orders, support and licences
When live sales open, the Discord purchase flow will use your Discord account identifier to associate an order with the correct product and term. SnowLabs records the payment provider's order and event identifiers, entitlement status and an encrypted copy of the issued key for delivery, recovery, refunds and disputes. A private support ticket contains the information you choose to provide. Please do not share a key or card details in public channels.
Other services
Discord hosts the community, private messages and support tickets. Stripe will handle hosted checkout and payment details when sales open. Umbra provides licence validation and entitlement records. SnowLabs is independent of these providers. Review their privacy notices before using their services.
Questions about your information
Use a private ticket in #support-tickets to ask what information is held about your order, request correction or raise a privacy concern. SnowLabs will handle requests subject to access, security, dispute and legal requirements.
