Join the server, then open #support-tickets. You can ask a question before buying. For licence, delivery or billing help, include the product, term and official order reference in a private ticket.
Do not post a licence key, payment information or personal account details in a public channel. Staff will not ask you to pay through a direct message.
Checkout is closed. There is no payment to complete on this website and no active Buy button. The Snow Labs Discord will announce when purchases are available.

Snowload setup
- Join Snow Labs and open the verified #downloads-setup post.
- Download the single SnowLabsHub.exe file. It is portable, requires no installer and is currently unsigned.
- Open Snowload, enter or link a key for the matching product, and follow the licence prompts.
- If activation, download or launch fails, open a private support ticket.
The free launcher has been posted and checksum checked. The full customer activation and run path is still under validation, which is one reason sales remain closed.
